News & Announcements
12/11 The answer keys for all 3 tests have been posted here.
12/08 Homework #4 (.mw) and Answer Key (.mw)
As for reviewing for the final exam, I have two old finals
posted. Both are pretty well representative of the types
of problems I might ask except that the one from Spring 2009
has problems about probability distributions (these can be
ignored) and the sample final from Rutgers has a problem about
implicit differentiation -- I won't ask that on our final.
We will discuss more details about what to review and what to
skip during class tomorrow.
--> All grades have been updated and reposted on AsULearn.
Test #2's answer has been posted as well.
12/05 Review session: Monday, December 12th 8:00am until
sometime before 10:00am. I don't plan to do anything structured
during this time. I will answer questions and work through
random problems that seem relevant to the final exam.
--> It looks like Walker 309 should be available at that time.
11/29 Homework #4 (.mw) due Wednesday, December 7th.
11/23 Homework #3 (.mw) and Answer Key (.mw)
I just posted Quiz #8, Homework #3, and Test #3 scores on AsULearn.
I passed back tests yesterday and will give out the rest on Monday
(for those who began their vacations...early...ahem).
Please rework the test and write up corrections. These should be
stapled to the front of your test and returned on Friday
(no not this Friday but Friday, December 2nd). I will
give back some of your missed points depending on the correctness
of your corrections (Is correctness a word?). Anyway, do it and
I'll make it worth your while, even if you got a good score.
I have posted a fresh copy of the test (for those who want one) here.
11/21 I fixed a typo and made a small shift in notation (parametrizations
are now called "r" instead of "X"). I also put all of the extra
homework problem files together and added page numbers (Wow! -- ok
not really wow). Anyway here is the slightly updated version
of the notes we just finished discussing...
Supplemental Line Integral Notes (.pdf)
