You do not have to write up this homework.

However, I recommend that you complete as many of these problems as possible. 

Note: Some of these problems are available electronically.
I plan to make these available, but they are merely for practice. It is dangerous
to completely rely on the online problem sets. Some important problems have not
been coded (they are not available through the electronic homework system).

Note: We will not be covering the textbook in order. Make sure you are 
looking at homework problems corresponding to what we are covering in class.
