05/10 Postmortem: We ended up spending a month or so looking at category theory.
      This included Steve Awodey and Caster lectures on youtube as well as the
      really nice introduction to category theory in Bell's topos theory book.
      
      After this we covered ring theory - UFD, PID, ED stuff. Then field theory 
      followed by Galois theory. We also covered classification of modules over
      a PID and applications. 

01/16 Meeting times fixed: Wednesday @ 3pm in Walker 302 and Friday @ 10 in Walker 105.
      
      Wednesday: Introduction to Categories with lots of examples.
         Friday: Functors, monics, epics.
